As the Founder of the Non-Profit Nevada Peace Alliance in 2000, we formulated the ideal to stop the injustice that we faced as people of color.
Nevada Peace Alliance fought five long years for the children of color to enjoy the brand new School Charles I West Prep Elem.
As the President of Nevada Peace Alliance I sat in and defended Support Staff in face of losing their current positions at Burke High School.
As the President of Nevada Peace Alliance. We overturned the closer of a CCSD behavioral School that had Students that were trying to graduate and prove themselves.
Nevada Peace Alliance Stopped the ASD takeover in CCSD Schools In the Westside of Las Vegas.
Also the Former Non-Profit President of WAAK UP with Marzette Lewis which focused on the involvement of people of color in the Westside of Las Vegas and School District issues they faced.
Also a Former twelve School Year Clark County School District AZAC Commissioner, on Zoning GIS Demographics,
to a Bridge Commissioner Appointed by the Superintendent of Schools,
With Nevada Peace Alliance we were able to help fight for Parent Involvement for parents of CCSD to have a voice and be involved by which the SOT was created.
With the help of bill writers, Assemblyman David Garner and Assemblyman Steven Silberkraus
I was able to work for the people Pro Bono as a Legislative Lobbyist in Education for three Legislative Years.
As your candidate for Senate, I have been a part of this community for twenty two years fighting for parents and community free of charge. Working tirelessly to make Nevada a place to call home for all.
